We ship across the globe. Our charges depend on your Pin code and location. When you put your product in the cart, visit your shopping bag to calculate shipping charges. You have to input your country, region/state, and postcode. Once you input these three, you will get flat shipping rate options, and for international deliveries, you will get standard shipping or UPS shipping. The charges for both also differ, so you can pick whichever option you like.
Standard shipping within India can take 5 to 10 days, and International shipping can take 10- 15 days. We advise you to stay patient for your delivery. We have tie-ups with several courier companies to make quick and speedy deliveries,but for sometimes due to unknown reasons, your parcel can take few days extra to deliver.
If you have not received your parcel within 10 days in India, we advise you to get in touch with our customer service and provide them with your tracking number or order number. We will make sure to work towards getting your product delivered on time. Our international clients too can contact us if their product doesn’t reach within 15 days. Sometimes due to customs and duties, the product can take a while to reach.
Packaging:
Our jewellery boxes are quite durable, and all the parcels are dropped right at your doorstep. We have tamper-proof packaging, which will never damage your products inside or the jewellery box too. If at all, due to certain reasons your product is damaged, you can contact us, and we will do our best to replace one quickly. You must notify our customer services as soon as you see a damaged product.
Return policy:
You can exchange precious stones anytime you want. We guarantee that our products are top notch and till date, no customer has had any issues with it, but if you do not feel like the stone is working, you can exchange or return the product 15 days after delivery. Make sure you keep the receipt you received it with as it contains the bill details and our address where you can send the product back. No returns will be accepted after 15 days of delivery, and you cannot blame us for damages that occur due to your actions.
